Allowlisting the Web Auditor Scanner

Many websites activate bot protections to thwart malicious intrusions.

To let your server recognize and grant our scanner permission to send traffic through, you can do so via User Agent verification, IP Address verification, or both.

User Agent Verification

Add the following User Agent to your allowlist:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/117.0.5938.62 Safari/537.36 Transcend/1.0

Note that the user agent will always conclude with Transcend/<version>.

IP Address verification

Add the following IP addresses to your allowlist:

• 50.18.84.211
• 52.9.96.253
• 3.255.47.34
• 52.209.12.46
