Usage Entitlements

Customer entitlements and applicable usage limits are governed by the applicable Order Form. The definitions on this page are provided for interpretive guidance only and will not expand or reduce the scope of entitlements expressly set forth in an executed Order Form.

Where an Order Form specifies separate entitlements for different workflow types (e.g., Preference Workflows or Data Subject Requests), each entitlement is measured independently and usage of one will not count toward another unless expressly stated in the Order Form.

Workflow Runs” means the total initiated workflow runs across a Customer's Transcend instance(s) in a contract year, where a “workflow” is a predefined executable action or set of actions across Customer's integrations. Workflow Runs encompasses all workflow types, including Preference Workflow Runs and DSR Workflow Runs as defined below.

For clarity, Customer’s permitted usage is limited to the specific entitlement type(s) and quantities set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Note: This entitlement applies to customers whose order forms reference "Workflow Runs" without further specification. New order forms will reference the applicable sub-type(s) below.

"Preference Workflows" means the total initiated workflow runs across a Customer's Transcend instance(s) in a contract year that are triggered to process a user's request to update, propagate, or manage preferences (e.g., consent choices, communication preferences, or opt-in/opt-out elections) across Customer's integrations. Preference Workflow Runs are a sub-type of Workflow Runs and do not include Data Subject Requests.

"Preference Records" means the total number of unique user records within Customer's Preference Store at any time during the contract year. If Customer partitions its Preference Store (e.g., for separate brands), a user record is only "unique" with respect to each individual partition.

"Data Subject Requests" means the total initiated workflow runs across a Customer's Transcend instance(s) in a contract year that are triggered to effectuate a data subject request (e.g., a request to access, delete, correct, or port personal data) across Customer's integrations. Data Subject Requests are a sub-type of Workflow Runs and do not include Preference Workflows.

"Web Visitors" means the total web sessions across all Customer web domains where Customer has deployed Airgap in a contract year.

"Scanned Data Systems" means the total number of integrations (e.g., databases, third-party SaaS tools, etc.) connected to Customer's Transcend instance for which Customer commences at least one data scan in a contract year.

Each Entitlement corresponds to a defined Quantity that determines how usage is calculated and billed. Usage is measured on an aggregated basis across all Customer instances, including but not limited to production, sandbox, staging, or testing environments. No distinction is made between instances; all activity counts toward the Customer’s contractual usage entitlements.
