Core platform improvements/fixes

Prevents connecting of integrations that use Sombra features not covered by an organization's deployed Sombra.
Fixes a bug where some integrations that have not been deployed yet were showing up as in beta status on Staging/Production.
Amplitude now supports handling erasure requests and search using mobile identifiers (as well as previously-supported email or core id). It also gives a warning about Amplitude opt-outs (not supported by Transcend) and links to documentation on how to handle opt-outs.
Adds a tab in the Admin Dashboard for Sombra configuration that previews changes to Sombra made since the last deploy (for self-hosted clients).
Removes auto-scrolling when navigating directly to the /policies tab of the Privacy Center.
Fixes a bug where multiple policies were not auto expanding their headers on the side menu.
Fixes a bug where hash parameters were being preserved when navigating between policies on the Privacy Center
Tall or wide customer logos now scale better (and maintain aspect ratio) on Privacy Center.
