- Removed: it is no longer possible to change email addresses in a self serve manner once a Transcend account is made. For most organizations that use their SSO provider to login, this was always true. Since we use email addresses in audit logs, we chose to remove this capability. In the odd case where someone needs to change their email, they have the option to invite that new email into the organization as a new user, or reach out to Transcend support and this can be changed manually with permission of an account administrator.
