  • Updated: it's now possible to filter Data Inventory -> Data Silos by the Integration Name.

  • New: column in Data Inventory -> Data Silos: DSR Enabled Request Actions. This column encodes which DSR types are currently enabled for this data silo. Clicking on the cell links into the Manage Datapoints section for that Integration.

  • New: column in Data Inventory -> Data Silos: DSR Integration Type. This column encodes whether a particular integration is an API, Email, or Code automation.

  • New: it's now possible to modify all email automation settings from Data Inventory -> Data Silos.

  • Updated: Data Inventory -> Data Silos now includes integration connection instructions. When exported to CSV, both a link to the connection page as well as the raw documentation is included in the export.

  • Fixed: makes it possible to configure enrichers that place requests on hold without requiring an email to be sent to the end user.

  • New: it's now possible to see data flows and cookies for a particular data silo within the Data Inventory.

  • New: it is now possible to save visible column configurations for your whole organization as well as saving your own personal preferences.
  • New: add user, incidents, problems, changes, and requests datapoints to ServiceNow integration.
