Data Inventory

• Updated: update Data Categories Table with in-line editable regex column

Unstructured Discovery

DSR Automation

• Fixed: Bulk Respond buttons no longer overflow when requests are selected
• Updated: Email and Phone Enrichers can now provide an email template that would be notified whenever the expiration window passes.
• Updated: Added error count to AVC integrations on Integrations page
• New: Added isSilent filter to RequestFilesInput
• Updated: Upload Requests from CSV now allows you to use the renamed versions of Request Actions instead of just the Request Action's original name (e.g. Download all my data is now allowed instead of just ACCESS)
• Fixed: File upload has been fixed for Access request for non-Transcend vendors in Bulk Respond
• Fixed: ensures the upload button is always present for recipients of AVC flows.

Privacy Center

• New: the editor for Policies has been updated to use a new rich text editor.

  

• New: The "Log In" button text for Privacy Center login emails can now be customized & translated

• New: A warning banner is now displayed when viewing a draft (not live) version of a Privacy Center

• Updated: Improve error messaging when importing from CSV into the Messages & Internationalization table

• Updated: Privacy Center emails to DSR Subjects now use the translated Privacy Center Meta HTML Title as the email alias instead of just "(Organization name) Privacy Center". This is customizable in the Privacy Center > Messages & Internationalization page

Consent Management

• Updated: Airgap sync events now fire after both client-side XDI sync and remote Preference Store sync have completed.
• Fixed: purposes stuck in an invalid state (configurable = false displayable = true) can now be toggled out of the invalid state
• New: added transcend.setTCFConsent setter function for manual TC string setting in TCF regimes.

Prompt Manager

• Updated: In Prompt Manager -> Prompts, you can now edit temperature, response format, topP, maxTokensToSample, largeLanguageModels, and prompt groups.
• Updated: Prompt Manager -> Prompts now links to prompt runs table
• Updated: can now specify extension type of files to scan during Structured Discovery/Unstructured Discovery
• Updated: Prompt Manager is now capable of classifying personal data categories that are going in and out of LLMs.

Integrations

• New: add new Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration.

• New: add new Persona integration.
• Fixed: Issue where pagination for Bugsnag events failed
• Updated: added new field "File Regexes" to S3 integrations. You can specify files to scan during Structured/Unstructured Discovery
